Help Raise Funds and contribute to Smiles For Samantha At TGI Fridays August 25th from 6 p.m. –

On July 12, 2011, Samantha Falbo was shot in the head in a domestic incident.
Samantha is currently at Rush Copley fighting everyday. Although she is critical, she is
stable. She is very strong and will not give up this fight. Please keep this young
woman in your thoughts and find it in your heart to donate to help her overcome this.

An account has been set up to benefit Samantha to help offset her current
and long term medical expenses. To make a donation, please make the
check payable to Smiles for Samantha and mail your donation to:C/O Tina Falbo, 819 Poplar Lane, Bolingbrook, IL 60440, or you can stop in at any Bank of America to make your donation.
We are a not-for-profit organization! There is also a Guardian account
established that will be used to pay Samantha's current expenses
as she has no income at this time.
