Dinner under $7 cooking on a budget

I love to cook..but I realy love to cook cheap meals. I got the pork chops for real cheap and on sale. That's the way I like it. ")
This time I baked the porkchops on 375 then added some onions and peppers on top. My family love rice anyday and almost everyday. My husband gets the best rice from this african store in bolingbrook. Its some kind of jasmine rice that comes in the big 30 lb bag..lol
